Works on the third batch of the Al Shaheen Oil Field will increase production to over 300,000 barrels per day

This third batch will complete the development of the Al Shaheen field, located 80 km north of Ras Laffan coast in Qatar. It is one of the largest in the world with 300 wells on 33 platforms, from which approximately 45% of all Qatari oil is extracted.
