Sarens was commissioned to work with Dae Ah on the maintenance of Hyosung's chemical plant in Phu My, Ba Ria - Vung Tau, Vietnam, which posed a huge challenge for the company, as progress had to be fast given its urgency.
The construction conditions for the project were extremely strict, characterized by high fire and explosion safety requirements, maneuverability in tight spaces and coordination with many different teams.
Sarens used four heavy-duty crawler cranes: the SCC6300, LR1350, SC2800 and AC200, with respective capacities of 630T, 350T, 280T and 200T, which were deployed at the Phu My site, operating continuously for a month and a half.
Sarens, global leader and reference in crane rental, heavy lift and engineered transportation services, was selected to collaborate with Dae Ah on the maintenance of Hyosung's chemical plant in Phu My, Ba Ria - Vung Tau, Vietnam. The collaboration posed a huge challenge for the company, as progress had to be fast given the urgency of the project, which added an extra layer of complexity. The team approached the project with meticulous attention to detail, and its engineers had to carry out a thorough analysis of the plans in order to coordinate with the various operations, equipment and safety departments.
Sarens' track record, with more than a decade of experience in the Vietnamese lifting and moving market, served to ensure that each standard lifting plan could meet the most demanding criteria in terms of personnel and environmental considerations, while maintaining a near 100% success rate on every single operation. Remarkably, the project's construction conditions were extremely challenging, characterized by high fire and explosion safety requirements, maneuverability in tight spaces and coordination with many different teams.
In order to undertake the project, Sarens used four heavy-duty crawler cranes: the SCC6300, LR1350, SC2800 and AC200, with respective capacities of 630T, 350T, 280T and 200T, which were deployed at the Phu My site and operated continuously for a month and a half. The skilled operators, experienced in various projects all over the country, demonstrated the required professionalism, from site supervision to crane operation, auxiliary cranes and equipment maintenance. Eventually, despite external factors such as adverse weather conditions, Sarens successfully completed the project on schedule, exceeding all expectations.
As Truong Nguyen Hoang Tien (Country Manager ) says: "This collaboration marks a new beginning and a significant milestone in the flourishing partnership between Sarens and Dae Ah in the heavy lifting industry sector.
